10. Bacteriostatic Water and Laboratory Diluents
Bacteriostatic water and other diluents, if sold, are supplied only for lawful research or laboratory use according to applicable product labeling and safety requirements.
They are not supplied for direct injection, self-administration, neonatal use, fluid replacement, epidural use, spinal use, or unsupervised human/animal use.
11. Reusable Pens, Syringes, Devices, and Accessories
Any device or accessory sold on this website is supplied only for lawful laboratory or research handling unless expressly stated otherwise.
No device is supplied for human or animal administration unless legally registered, licensed, and labelled for that purpose.
Reusable devices must never be shared between persons or subjects. Needles and sharps must be handled and disposed of according to applicable safety protocols.
12. Shipping and Delivery

13. Cold Chain and Temperature-Sensitive Products
Where cold packaging is used, it is intended to support transport conditions for a limited period only and does not guarantee uninterrupted cold-chain storage.
Customers must inspect products on arrival and store them according to the product-specific storage instructions.
14. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, peptides, sterile products, temperature-sensitive products, and laboratory materials, returns may not be accepted once products have left our control, except where required by law or where the product is proven to be incorrect, damaged, or defective on arrival.
Any return request must be made within 2 days of delivery and must include order details, photographs, batch details, and a description of the issue.
Products that have been opened, punctured, reconstituted, stored incorrectly, contaminated, or used are not eligible for return.
